Parañaque LGU distributes bags or rice to 12,000 TODA, PODA members

Published December 11, 2020, 2:41 PM The Parañaque City government started the distribution of bags of rice to more than 12,000 members of the tricycle operators and drivers’ association (TODA) and pedicab operators and drivers’ association (TODA) affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. According to Mayor Edwin Olivarez, about 446 PODA and TODA groups in the city were mostly affected by the pandemic.
