MUMBAI: The Bombay high court has sought a report from the Thane Civil Hospital on the physical and mental condition of a former MP’s ailing husband, who is descendant of a royal family from Pratapgarh, Rajasthan. A bench of Justices Amjad Sayed and Madhav Jamdar on February 17 heard a plea by Rajkumari Ratna Singh to appoint her legal guardian of her husband Jaisingh Sisodia and caretaker of his properties.
