A jury has found a 21-year-old man guilty of second-degree murder in the stabbing death of Montreal teenager Jannai Dopwell-Bailey outside his school in 2021.
The teen was attacked after exiting the school in 2021. On Sunday, a jury found Andrei Donet, one of the people who attacked Jannai Dopwell-Bailey, guilty of second-degree murder.
Andrei Donet, who was 18 at the time he was arrested in connection with the case, will receive an automatic life sentence.
The trial of Andrei Donet, 21, began its fourth week at the Montreal courthouse on Monday.
