Attorneys for Darrell Brooks Jr. have filed a series of motions, including one seeking to have the case against him dismissed.

Judge Jennifer Dorow has completed an order that will allow a questionnaire to be sent all members of a jury pool for the trial of Darrell Brooks Jr.

The court still needs to hear a motion regarding a change in venue, which Dorow said "could implicate when this trial is held."
