There was actually, there was some federal funding but private dollars as well, and there are 30,000 fair housing complaints in the united states every year. more than half are filed by people with disabilities. there was never a single complaint filed against apache asl trails. we are now in a position where we have people who desperately need this housing and have no opportunity to live there because of the federal government. >> do you know of anyone in the tempe, arizona area who is a hearing person who said i want to file a complaint because i want to live in a place designed for people...
