Manipur: 1 killed, 4 injured in IED blast
Our Correspondent Imphal, May 30 (EMN): A construction worker was killed and four others were injured when a suspected improvised explosive device (IED) exploded at a community hall in Thoubal district of Manipur around 1:30 am on Monday, police said. The construction workers were staying at the community hall and were involved in the construction of a water supply tank.
