Justice Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi said that a public representative is entitled to raise a legitimate public issue in peaceful demonstrations.
"The freedom of creation by artistic means is a fundamental right and is covered under Article 19(1)(a) of the Constitution of India. However, the same can be regulated," the Court said.
