Their confidence comes from Rangi's experience in frontline customer service, Hello Sunday’s existing reputation, and the range of challenges the pair had overcome together in their personal lives.
They have adopted a “don’t fix what ain’t broken” policy for the café and will retain the same staff, menu and vibe – even the cafe’s dog-friendly atmosphere.
Minor changes include an increase in weekly specials.
