TVS SCS Thailand: TVS SCS (Siam) Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the company in Thailand and has not been carrying out any business operations during the last Financial Year. The said subsidiary is a dormant company with nil turnover. The dissolution is under the process, not yet completed, the company said.
