Hard-working americans who are relying on this insurance who are now going to see an increase in premiums. if this is going to help our deficit, okay, but we're saving at most, $7 billion at a time when the president is proposing tax cuts for, very, very wealthy. elizabeth: then what could be done? for folks at home who are frustrated because they've seen lawmakers not pass anything that's of substantial relating to health care and we've seen many attempts. does this bring democrats to the table? will democrats come to the table and do you forsee a solution? >> and i realize they're frustrated...
