Obinna Chima The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) yesterday stated that sugar importation in the country can only be done by Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc, Golden Sugar Company, owned by Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc and BUA Sugar Refinery Limited.
