Rain with moderately heavy falls forecasted 275 DHAKA, May 12, 2021 (BSS) – Rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty or squally wind is likely to occur at a few places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Sylhet, Dhaka and Chattogram divisions and at one or two places over Khulna and Barishal divisions with moderately heavy falls and hails at isolated places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions. Day temperature may rise by 1-2 degree Celsius and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, according to a met office release here today. Country’s maximum temperature on Tuesday was recorded 34.1 degree Celsius at Cox’s Bazar and today’s minimum temperature 20.8 degree Celsius was recorded jointly at Tangail and Badalgachi upazila in Naogaon district.
