ASP Access Floors was engaged by the builder, MPA Projects Pty Ltd during the refurbishment of a commercial office tower in Sydney. Located adjacent to the Barangaroo Precinct, the commercial tower at 275 Kent Street consisted of over 30 floors with 35,000 square metres of office space. The building upgrade was required to meet current 5 Star Green Star requirements. The two-year refurbishment project was completed in 2018.
