Deadly tour boat accident in philadelphia. officials identifying the remains of a 16-year-old hungarian girl who was a passenger on that boat. no word yet on whether the second body is that of the other missing person but it's widely believed. today crews pulled the duck boat from the bottom of the river it capsized and sank on wednesday after a barge crashed into it the impact tossing 37 people on board into the river. we're told the boat, which can go on land and water had been been adrift for 10 minutes because of some sort of technical problems. that's when the barge hit. this grainy photo...
