The retail portion of Patanjali Foods' OFS was fully subscribed, with shares achieving a 5% upper circuit. The non-retail portion was oversubscribed by 200%.

Earlier, Patanjali Ayurved had announced it will be selling 7 percent stake in the company via an offer for sale. It was also supposed to sell another 2 percent in case there was oversubscription.

The Offer for Sale size has been calculated at 206,526,264 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each (base offer size), with an option to additionally sell up to 206,526,264 shares.
