Accessing Grant for Poverty Reduction The Government of Belize has signed a grant agreement with the Caribbean Development Bank under the Basic Needs Trust Fund Programme. According to a release from G.O.B., the B.N.T.F. focuses on reducing poverty in low-income vulnerable communities.
