On Dec. 22, 2020 at approximately 8:20 a.m., officers were dispatched to a vehicle versus pedestrian traffic collision at Pacific Coast Highway and Harbor Avenue, which resulted in the death of a male adult. Upon arrival, officers discovered an unconscious male pedestrian on the roadway suffering from serious injuries.
