Dead Body Found Southeast Of Santa Clarita Los Angeles County Homicide detectives are investigating a dead body that was found southeast of Santa Clarita Monday evening. Around 7 p.m. Monday, first responders received reports of a dead body east of Bear Divide and Sand Canyon Road, said Lt. Jim Royal, for the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station. Homicide detectives are responding to the location to take over the investigation, according to officials.
