Leonard Dale Varner Jr., 34, of Beech Bottom, W.Va., was arrested Tuesday afternoon and charged with soliciting a minor via computer, sexual assault in the second degree and sexual assault by a parent, guardian or custodian. Dec 16, 2020 Paul Arnold Negri, 89, of Follansbee, Wv passed December 14, 2020 peacefully at home with his loving family at his side. He was born July 15, 1931 in Wheeling, WV to the late Pete and Valerie (Eskey) Negri of Beech Bottom, WV. He graduated in 1949 from Wellsburg High School, and served in the Navy from 1952-56.
