Michael Vernon Sawyer was born January 15, 1955, in Newfoundland Canada. He was the son of Bernice and Vernon Sawyer. Mikes foremost passion throughout life was his dedication to all thing’s sports. Beginning with his little league softball team in Bermuda and later through his student years at Pillager school system where he graduated, mike never missed an opportunity to participate in or support every school sport and later volunteered coaching to inner city sports programs and school teams while Teaching Social Studies at a parochial school in Cleveland, OH.
