Board members, administrators, staff, held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Davidson Charter Academy Middle School in Lexington on Tuesday.

Crews will work on a crossing along Biesecker Road —  just south of Route 30 — from Wednesday, April 28 through Friday, April 30. Traffic will be detoured, using routes 30 and 116. Following that work, the contractor will move to the Route 30 crossing, which is east of Biesecker Road.  Route 30 will be closed to traffic Saturday, May 1 through Tuesday, May 4 while the crossing is replaced.
