Gonzaga University runs many of its campus operations on a university-focused ERP system from Ellucian, called Banner. By moving their existing Banner ERP system to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, the university was able to save at least 25% on infrastructure costs. Rather than just pocket the savings, Gonzaga IT used that budget on improvements to security, disaster recovery and test/dev.
