Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Wednesday found himself embroiled in a heated exchange with unruly opposition members inside the assembly.
India News: Members of the Mahagathbandhan alliance created a ruckus in the Bihar assembly over 'foul language' used by a BJP MLA against an RJD legislator during a debate on the budgetary proposal for the state's Water Resources department.
A month after Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar made an exit from the Mahagathbandhan to realign with the BJP-led NDA, the RJD seems hopeful the JDU leader will again make a U-turn.
This comes a day after the two leaders were seen exchanging greetings outside the Bihar Assembly. Asked whether the bonhomie indicated that he was open to giving Nitish another chance, Lalu said: "let him come back. Then we will see (jab aaenge tab dekha jaaega)".
Lalu Yadav, who had called Nitish Kumar a ‘paltu’ (turncoat) after his sudden switch, told, “(J)ab aayenge toh dekhenge, khula hi rehta hai darwaaza… (When he comes, we will see… door is always open.”
