Cuckoo funds lift investment property tally to over €2.6bn
Ireland’s investment property market finished the year strongly with about €840m of deals in the closing months of the year. This was partly due to a strong fourth quarter performance by the private residential rental sector (PRS) – so called Cuckoo funds – now the second biggest sector of the market.
