WhatsApp has partnered with BMRCL for a chatbot providing a QR-based metro ticketing service. The Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited is the first to introduce an end-to-end ticketing feature for the Namma Metro.
BMRCL is the first transit service to enable end-to-end QR ticketing. This will enable Bangalore citizens to use WhatsApp to purchase train tickets and recharge their travel pass.
