Thanks a lot. i think the primary message is that the complex problems that we're dealing with today, many of which you just listed, are simply too difficult to -- just too complicated to get right the first time. we like the idea of disappointing a leetd der that is going to figure it all out and that's not the way it all works. there's too much going on. instead, what does work is a process of trial and error. we experiment, fumble through, figure things out, and hopefully, and of course the book points out that we often fail to do this, but hopefully we learn from our mistakes, figure out w...
