Homegrown electric vehicle (EV) maker Bounce Infinity on Wednesday launched portable liquid-cooled battery technology for e-scooters in partnership with energy storage solutions startup Clean Electric.
The USP of Bounce Infinity EV is that the batteries are removable and can be charged like a cell phone using any 15 Amp wall socket, the company said.
Bounce Infinity's E1+ electric scooters are equipped with 1.9 kWh removable lithium-ion batteries that can be charged using a standard 15 Amp wall socket. With a top speed of 65 kmph and a 2.2 kW peak power motor, the model offers a real-world range of over 70 kms.
