Police were at the scene of the viewpoint car park this afternoon, where both vehicles pulled up after the collision. The road remains clear for motorists. A police spokesperson said: "We were called at 4.14pm to reports of a two vehicle collision on Brading Down Road. No one was injured. Minor damage was caused to the vehicles." Ashey Road has been closed this morning. ASHEY Road has been closed this morning following a single car collision. The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service is at the scene for scene safety, following a spillage of oil from the vehicle, and Isle of Wight Police have temporarily closed the road.
