Authorities Reeling Over 3-Year-Old's Drug-Related Death, Call Tragedy a 'Wake Up Call'
The child was found dead inside her grandparents' home Wednesday morning after getting a hold of a fentanyl pill. An infant and a 2-year-old were also found inside the home and rushed to the hospital.
