Paul Nader was sentenced to 48 years in prison Monday for kidnapping, beating and sexually assaulting a woman in Douglas County, the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office announced. Nader, a registered sex offender living in Colorado Springs, pleaded guilty to first-degree assault and aggravated robbery in September. “This defendant is unfit to be in society and unable to participate in the world,” the victim said during the sentencing on Monday. “Each sex assault case is worse than the prior.
