Interesting and i'll try and keep it straight, the incoming d.a. made this a campaign issue. he criticized the old d.a. against whom he was running, bruce caster. and he said bruce caster you should have done something about cosby. acknowledges he could only bring this current case because of the deposition. but caster never had the deposition ten years ago. so it became a real flashpoint in the recent election. steele was victorious, caster lost. he's bitter about it because he thinks he's been besmerjed in the process. he had a strong record against crime and was known as a tough guy and sai...

Now he will have his day in court on this. i can't predict. but obviously there would not be a day in court on the criminal case unless the charges were filed. and that's what is happened. the former attorney, bruce caster, did not file way back in 2005 and made statement about why he didn't file. >> you've been listening to gloria allred speak together media. she represents 29 of cosby's alleged victims. not including andrea couldnnsta. which is the reason on the side of your screen you see the black suv carrying mr. cosby himself. we saw mr. cosby walk into the courthouse where he was arraig...

>> reportedly, the current d.a. who is about to retire and herself will probably be elected judge on tuesday, is considering filing charges against cosby before she leaves office. pennsylvania's 12-year statute of limitations on felony sex crimes will run out in january. and that's the same month that either castor or steele will take office. so, here's the thing, don't be surprised if one of these two men who are right now arguing over who should have charged bill cosby is actually prosecuting cosby in 2016. before baob beckel became a star on fox news and this channel, he lived in a brothe...

Re-election day is tuesday. it's a state and municipal cycle, and yet, the biggest issue in my home county is bill cosby. here's the story, bruce caster is the former d.a. now the commissioner of montgomery county, pennsylvania. and he wants his old job back. when he had it, he earned a reputation as a tough prosecutor. it was on his watch in 2005 an employee reported she'd been drugged and molested in the county by cosby. castor determine dld was not enough evidence to charge cosby. the woman filed a civil suit outside of court. in that deposition in a civil suit, cosby made incriminating inf...

Operations for the women's basketball program at temple university at philadelphia. there she met bill cosby a temple graduate and very big man on campus. >> we all knew he was an active alum and that included the women's basketball team. >> diana from the on-line sports site dead spine spin reported on constand and cosby. >> he befriended her, had her over for dinner with the two of them. she thought he was someone who wanted to mentor her. >> in january 2005, she said that cosby sexually assaulted her at his home in suburban philadelphia the year before. bruce caster was the county prosecuto...
