Environment Secretary Roy Cimatu (NTF AGAINST COVID-19 / MANILA BULLETIN) Cimatu directed DENR Undersecretary for Special Concerns Edilberto Leonardo to create four special composite teams that would augment the anti-illegal logging operations in those areas.
