Position: Building Permit Expediter Roles & Responsibilities: - Visit the City Departments (Planning, Building, Bureau of Engineering, LADOT, etc). to execute clearances related to attaining permits - Fill out and revise applications for submittal - Client relation as applicable (provide updates via email or phone calls) - Errands (retrieving documents, plans, permits, records, etc.)- Organize applications and reports as directed Qualifications: - Minimum 3 months administrative work experience but Not Required. - Must be a strong verbal communicator ....
