Date Time Council services during festive break Cairns Regional Council’s customer service centre at Spence St will be closed from midday on Thursday 24 December, and reopen Monday 4 January, 2021. An after-hours emergency call centre will operate 24 hours a day via the normal customer service number 1300 69 22 47.
