This video from early tonight. long story short, we had a lot of electrical and telephone poles that were standing along a road called st. charles rock road here. high winds knocked them all down and blew the lines over all four lanes of interstate 270 here so the interstate was closed for at least two hours and then it just kind of opened up in sections after electric crews were able to get those lines off of the highway. also, the ramp is closed for a little while and eastbound and westbound traffic on st. charles rock road opened eventually as well. there's still quite a mess here. modot cr...
