Logan Bortnem’s power play goal ended nearly 35 minutes of scoreless hockey 41 seconds into the third period and put Brookings in the lead.  Raef Briggs’ 16th goal of the season, a shorthanded tally with 8:05 left tied the game at 1 for Oahe (9-0-0-1) and was just the fifth goal Brookings has allowed in nine games.
