There has been nothing done to these police officers in regard to eric garner. i'm happy for the other families that they are getting justice, but we need justice here in new york for eric garner. >> reporter: the difference between the two cases make it hard to draw comparisons. >> garner is resisting a lawful arrest. if he complied he would be alive today. bad things wouldn't have happened from the wrestling match they had. in the gray case the arrest itself was completely unlawful. everything bad happens to him afterward. he shouldn't have been in police custody for anything bad to half. >>...
