Residents take a stand against cable thieves
The Buffalo City Metro has been under siege from copper cable thieves for years and residents of the city are fed up. Just hours after being plunged into darkness, reportedly due to the work of these thieves, a group of women from Parkside, Parkridge and Pefferville set off on Thursday morning to find the culprits.
