泰开集团"换帅"：系泰安第三大民企，原董事长赵文林身家曾超50亿元|泰安市

山东财经报道近日获悉，作为泰安龙头民企的泰开集团有限公司发生重要人事变动，蔡韬远接替赵文林出任公司董事长、法人代表。这也意味着一手创立泰开集团的赵文林，已经远离了这家泰安第三大民营企业的决策中心。
泰安是中国著名的旅游城市，也有着深厚的工业底蕴，拥有石横特钢集团、泰开集团、瑞星集团、岱银纺织集团、康平纳集团等一大批实力雄厚的民营企业。
泰开集团成立于2002年，前身是国营泰安高压开关厂，主要从事电气设备的生产和销售业务，目前直接投资泰安市泰开职业技能培训学校有限公司、山东泰开制药有限公司、山东泰开电力开关有限公司、山东泰开成套电器有限公司、江西泰开成套电器有限公司等5家企业。
作为泰安龙头民企，泰开集团也是各大排行榜上的常客，连续多年入围山东百强民企，其中2020年位列山东百强民企第77位，在泰安仅次于石横特钢、兴润建设集团，2020年中国制造业民企500强排名中，泰开集团则以138.81亿元的营业收入排在第363位。
公开报道显示，赵文林出生于1942年，是德州齐河人，1967年南京邮电学院大学本科毕业，现已近70岁高龄，他之于泰开集团，颇有救火队长的意味。
2010年，《山东工人报》曾发布了一篇报道，其中称，赵文林1983年起担任泰安高压开关厂厂长，当时的泰安高压开关厂“全年销售收入仅67万元，职工263人，是一个人心涣散、频临倒闭的小型企业。”
而在《齐鲁网》2011年发布的报道中显示，赵文林1983年上任后，果断做出了停止非主导产品的制造，全面恢复高压开关生产的决策，此后泰安高压开关厂飞速发展，超过济南、潍坊、烟台、济宁四个厂，成为山东高压开关行业的龙头企业。
2002年，泰开集团正式成立，无论公司官网还是公开报道对于泰安高压开关厂的改制过程都没有报道，但这并不妨碍赵文林的财富增长。山东财经报道注意到，在2010年发布的山东富豪榜中，赵文林曾以54.5亿元的身家排在第35位。
就在两个月前，赵文林正式卸任泰开集团董事长、法人代表，继任者是蔡韬远。公开报道显示，蔡韬远曾担任泰开集团电网设备集团董事长、泰开开关集团董事长等职务，在泰开集团中没有股份。
7月8日，山东财经报道记者致电泰开集团，接听电话的泰开人士证实了赵文林卸任一事，但对于赵文林是否还在泰开集团持有股份表示“不便透露”。
记者从天眼查获悉，目前赵文林在泰开集团中已不再拥有股份。股权结构方面，泰开集团前三大股东为刘学敏、赵杰、赵丽，分别持股18.31%，三人合计持股接近60%。余下股份由另外39名自然人持有。
此外记者注意到，从股权结构来看，泰开集团并不能完全反映出刘学敏等股东的财富构成。上述数十名股东，目前还同时持有山东泰开电控有限公司全部股权，且持股比例与在泰开集团中的持股比例十分相似。
公开信息显示，山东泰开电控有限公司成立于2013年3月，注册资本高达30亿元，公司董事长、法人代表为张义彬，赵文林和蔡韬远都是公司的董事，该公司控股的山东泰开高压开关有限公司，注册资金10亿元,总资产36亿元,占地面积约50万m2，现有员工3300余人。
