A developer has announced plans for a £100m mixed-use project on Liverpool’s Central Docks area. Romal Capital is planning a 330-home and retail waterfront scheme that will provide a pedestrian link from the city’s Princess Dock to the proposed new Everton FC stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock.
