Health department deserves praise for flawless vaccine clinic

In my career as a journalist I have had the good fortune of attending hundreds of large and small events held in communities across the state.
I have been in attendance for some of the most rigidly planned events as schedules fell apart. I have sat on the sidelines for an hour or more after events were scheduled to begin, left waiting with attendees for the action to start.
