暑期看护非难题公益托班来帮忙_荔枝网新闻

　　据悉，为缓解辖区小学生暑期“看护难”问题，无锡市滨湖区河埒街道以孙蒋社区居家养老服务服务中心为主要阵地，针对暑期家庭看管确有困难的双职工家庭子女推出托管服务，解除了双职工家庭孩子无人看管的“痛点”。该公益安心托班从7月5日至8月10日每周一到周五开课，目前有学生30名。
　　在滨湖区教育局和河埒街道社事办的指导下，孙蒋社区整合党建联盟单位、孙桥小学、社会组织等多方资源参与到暑托班中，形成“家校社”联动的社区教育模式，每天配备1名孙桥小学教师和2名社会组织志愿者进行指导，不仅督促学生自主完成暑假作业，同时开展“薛福成故居·家讲堂”爱国主义教育、乐高体验、绘本阅读、体育运动、安全教育等丰富多彩的综合实践活动，确保孩子们度过充实、有趣的假期。
　　孙蒋社区还充分发挥教育阵地资源优势，向孩子们开放社区图书馆、顶楼健身室、书画室、棋室等文化活动场所，帮助孩子们提升综合能力，激发学习热情。在开班期间，社区高度重视学生安全保障，与每位家长签订告家长书和委托协议书，按照疫情常态化防控要求每日通风消毒，建立微信群及时向家长分享每日活动情况并统计学生的用餐人数，由社区居家养老供餐点提供营养午餐，让学生安心、家长放心。
　　在DIY手绘数字油画活动课上，来自孙桥小学二（2）班的程羽欣认真地和小伙伴合作给手中的图画填色，她笑着说：“这是我第一次体验数字油画，我在这里认识了很多新的朋友，比起在家里无聊待着，在这儿每天都很开心。”
　　“七彩公益安心托班是学党史、办实事的延伸，家长和学生的反响都非常好，解决了孩子暑期在家里无人看管的后顾之忧。开班几天的时间，暑托班已名声在外，陆续又有家长打电话咨询，有兴趣报名参加。”孙蒋社区党委书记宋建军说道。
　　“提供‘托管’与‘教育’相结合的七彩公益安心托班是为民办实事的一项重要工作，本次在孙蒋社区的试点目前看来比较成功。”街道社事办相关负责人员表示，下阶段。街道和社区也将坚持“公益+志愿”理念，充分利用各方资源为青少年创造更多的活动空间和活动项目，切实减轻小学生校外培训负担，努力缓解看护难问题。

今年4月，杭州市部分行政区域优化调整，逐步构建“一核九星”的新型特大城市空间格局，地铁里程已达323.43公里，以轨道交通为骨干，公共汽电车为基础，水上巴士和公共自行车为补充的城市公共交通体系已初步形成。
为与市民的新需求相匹配，市区公交线网结构优化也迫在眉睫。近日，市交通运输管理服务中心、市公交集团践行“民呼我为”，走访了璞丽东方、紫台公寓、金基晓庐、爵士风情等多个小区，遴选出10条需要优化的公交线路，现公开征求市民意见。
家住佳丰北苑的来女士每天上班通勤都会到小区门口的飞虹路上搭乘788路公交，乘坐十几站后到达盈丰路地铁站换乘地铁。“其实我们小区离地铁站不算远，但是公交线路太绕了，相当于每天白白耗费20多分钟在路上，所以我提出能否把线路拉直，为我们节约时间。”
住在阳光国际的宋女士则希望能够减少候车时间。“我每天6点多出门，到通盛路之江东路口搭乘595路到客运中心换乘地铁，但现在候车时间需15分钟左右，希望早晚高峰能加密发车间隔。”
类似的建议还有市民反映西溪医院西开往闲林公交中心站336路存在重复走向路段，临平南站开往流水北苑的339路，虽然填补了九和路一带的公交空白，但线路偏长等问题，此外还有乘客意见比较集中的84路、139路、284路、361路、2401路、3166路等，具体可在杭＋新闻客户端查看。
据悉，公交集团将向乘客征集上述10条线路如何优化调整的建议，使其更符合居民的实际出行需求。乘客可通过公交服务热线、公交官方微信、官方微博及官方网站提出线路优化的建议，征求日期从即日起至7月12日。后期，将根据市民群众的意见对优化方案进行调整，并向社会公布10条线路的优化方案。
值得一提的是，杭州公交从即日起还将上线40名“公交小灵通”，也就是公交志愿者，奔赴钱江新城、艮北新城、九堡沿江、前进街道、闲林等地，一方面组织线下交流会，实地征求乘客对这10条线路发车班次、线路走向等方面的意见，另一方面将出现在这些地区的小区交流微信群中，在线与乘客进行交流。
杭州公交集团相关负责人介绍：“‘公交小灵通’是公交集团拓宽沟通渠道的一种新的服务方式，未来的公交营运模式将逐步走向社区化，因此，我们的服务模式也将向社区延伸和渗透。‘公交小灵通’将作为乘客的‘公交服务管家’，承担起咨询、交流、建议、寻物、查询等职责。我们也希望越来越多的市民能参与到‘公交社区’中来，共同为公交服务出谋划策。”
