Dix vies sacrifiées. Un an après, la Brigade des pompiers de Beyrouth pleure toujours les dix membres de la caserne de Karantina, située dans l’est de la capitale libanaise. La secouriste Sahar Fares, et les pompiers Joe Noun, Rami Kaaki, Élie Khouzami, Charbel Hitti, Nagib Hitti, Charbel Karam, Ralph Mallahi, Mathal Hawa, et Joe Bou Saab s’étaient précipité vers le port, d’où était parvenu, le 4 août 2020, un appel informant qu’un incendie était en cours dans le hangar numéro 12.

جعجع لأهالي شهداء فوج إطفاء بيروت: انفجار المرفأ قضيتنا

أكد رئيس حزب القوّات اللبنانيّة سمير جعجع، اليوم اليبت، أن “قضية انفجار مرفأ بيروت هي قضيتنا بامتياز منذ عام تقريباً حتى يومنا هذا، فهذه القضيّة ليست مجرّد تفصيل بالنسبة لنا باعتبار أنه ذهب ضحيّة الانفجار ما يزيد عن مئتي شهيد وستة آلاف جريح وعشرات آلاف المنازل المدمّرة ومئات آلاف العائلات المهجّرة بالإضافة إلى كل الخسائر الماديّة والمعنويّة، لذا ولكل هذه الأسباب “كل شيء بهون حد هالقضية”.
وجاء كلام جعجع عقب لقائه، في المقر العام للحزب في معراب، وفداً من أهالي شهداء فوج إطفاء بيروت الذي استشهدوا في انفجار مرفأ بيروت، وقد ضم الوفد: والد الشهيد رالف ملاحي إيلي ملاحي، والدة الشهيد رالف ملاحي رولا ملاحي، شقيق الشهيد رالف ملاحي دافيد ملاحي، شقيقة الشهيد رالف ملاحي جيسي ملاحي، والد الشهيد شربل حتي جورج حتي وممثلاً عن عائلتي الشهيدين نجيب حتي وشربل كرم، والد الشهيد جو بو صعب ايلي بو صعب وبيتر بو صعب . في حضور: المفتش العام في حزب القوّات اللبنانيّة إدغار مارون ونائب رئيس جهاز التنشئة السياسيّة في الحزب إيمي عون.
ولفت جعجع إلى أن “التحقيق في هذه القضيّة متوقّف حالياً عند مسألة رفع الحصانات في مجلس النواب التي طلبها المحقق العدلي”، مستغرباً التأخير الحاصل في هذه المسألة، وسأل، “لماذا حتى هذه اللحظة لم يتم تعيين جلسة للهيئة العامة لمجلس النواب من أجل البت في هذه الحصانات؟ لماذا هذا التأخير؟”.
وشدد جعجع على أن “قضيّة انفجار المرفأ لا تحتمل أبداً أي خزعبلات قانونيّة كالكلام عن الصلاحيّة وعدم وجود الصلاحيّة وهذه المادة وتلك، باعتبار أن جزء من سبب وصولنا إلى ما وصلنا إليه في انفجار المرفأ هو كل ما كان يحصل في السابق على شاكلة الذي نشهده اليوم حاصلاً في مجلس النواب من قبيل من لديه الصلاحيّة وليس لديه الصلاحيّة، حيث رمى قاض المسألة على قاض آخر والأخير رماها على هيئة القضايا إلى آخره من إدارة إلى أخرى حتى وصلنا إلى ما وصلنا إليه، وهنا طبعاً أنا أتناول فقط جانب من المشكلة المسبّبة فانا لست على علم بمجريات التحقيقات وما هي الجوانب الأخرى التي يتضمنها هذا الملف التي من المؤكد أنها موجودة”.
وأشار جعجع إلى أنه “من غير المقبول بعد مشهد 4 آب أن نعيد الكرّة لنرى المشهد المعتاد في مجلس النواب حيث أن هناك لجان تدرس من هنا وآخرون يطرحون أمور أخرى من هناك، هذا الأمر مرفوض والمطلوب أن يجتمع مجلس النواب بأسرع وقت ممكن، وأن يعمد إلى تسهيل عمل المحقق العدلي وباعتبار أنه كلما ماطل وتأخر مجلس النواب عن القيام بهذا الامر كلما اعتبرنا أن الأكثريّة النيابيّة تقوم عن سابق تصوّر وتصميم بعرقلة عمل المحقق العدلي”.
وتابع، “منذ ثلاثة أو أربعة أيام بدأت محاولة، نعتبرها خبيثة فهي في ظاهرها تبدو وكأنها جيّدة إلا أنها في مضمونها عكس ذلك تماماً، وهذه المحاولة هي قيام بعض النواب بتوقيع طلب اتهام يطال النواب والوزراء السابقين أنفسهم الذين طلب المحقق العدلي رفع الحصانة عنهم، وبالتالي يمكن لهم أن يقدموا طلبات اتهام قدر ما يشاؤون إلا أن هذا الأمر لا علاقة له بموضوع رفع الحصانات، فصلاحيّة المحقق العدلي في ما يتعلّق بانفجار المرفأ صلاحيّة قائمة بحد ذاتها ولا يمكن لأحد مشاركته بها أو منافسته عليها، لذا لا يحاولنّ أحد التذرّع في المستقبل بأن المتهمين حوّلوا على المجلس الأعلى لمحاكمة الرؤساء والنواب والوزراء لأن هذا شيء والتحقيق العدلي أمر آخر، فالمجلس الأعلى لمحاكمة الرؤساء والنواب والوزراء لا علاقة له بالمواد التي يرتكز عليها المحقق العدلي في طلبه رفع الحصانات عن النواب والوزراء الذين طلب رفع الحصانة عنهم فعلى سبيل المثال طلبه يرتكز على المادة 547 ومواد أخرى مشابهة لها وهذه مسؤوليّة جزائيّة مئة في المئة ولا علاقة لها بما يحاول البعض القيام به عبر طلب الاتهام الذي يتداعون للتوقيع عليه في مجلس النواب”.
وأشار جعجع إلى أنه “من المهم جداً ألا تقوم الأكثريّة النيابيّة بوضع نفسها في موضع الشبهة، فنحن سنكمل الضغط في كل الوسائل الشرعيّة والقانونيّة الممكنة من أجل أن يلتئم مجلس النواب في أقرب وقت ممكن ويقوم برفع الحصانات عن جميع النواب والوزراء الذين طلب المحقق العدلي رفع الحصانات عنهم لأنها الطريق الوحيد من اجل تسهيل التحقيق بغية الوصول إلى الحقيقة، ونحن مهما كان الثمن لن نتخلى عن قضيّة انفجار المرفأ”.
من جهّته، ألقى دافيد ملاحي كلمة باسم الوفد قال فيها، “حكيم” على الرغم من الوجع يبقى الأمل، وبعد الموت القيامة، وبحسب مسار الحياة الطبيعي الابن هو من يقوم بدفن والده، إلا أن الاستثناء هو أن يقوم الوالد بدفن ولده وهذا الاستثناء عمره طويل من أيام الحرب ونحن كنا قد افتكرنا أنه ذهب إلى غير عودة في أيام السلم، إلا أنه عندما عاد خفنا من العودة إلى موجة الحرب والدمار من دون أفق”.
ولفت ملاحي إلى أن “خوفنا تبدّد بقوّة الله، ومنذ لحظة وقوع الانفجار ووقوفكم إلى جانبنا، فنحن شعرنا أن لدينا شخص لنتكئ عليه، شخص عاش المعاناة ويمكنه أن يعطينا الأمل في الغد، شخص منا وفينا عاش الألم والوجع معنا”.
وتابع، “حكيم” لا يسعنا في هذه الزيارة سوى أن نؤكد أننا فقدنا الثقة في كل شيء إلا في هذه القلعة وساكنها، فعشيّة ذكرى تفجير المرفأ أتينا لنشكرك ولنأخذ منك جرعة قوّة ورجاء لخلاصنا من هذه المحنة والوصول إلى لبنان المنشود الذي حلم به شهداءنا وأن يكونوا قد استشهدوا من أجله”.
