Noon with a developing story a plane carrying 75 people had to make an Emergency Landing at Philadelphia International airport this morning. Republic Airline Flights 5927 was operating as u. S. Airways express. It took off at 10 00 a. M. For New Hampshire but an engine issue forced the plane to turn around. It landed safely and all passengers got off at the gate and put on other flights.
