The Food Services Training Program at the Ottawa Mission is a free program that gives the most vulnerable a chance to turn their lives around.
The Mission’s two food trucks were out in the community all week, providing Thanksgiving dinners to those in need. In all, the Mission served a record 13,605 holiday meals by the time the kitchen closed Monday.
It was another outdoor Thanksgiving for the Ottawa Mission this year, and it’s one of the busiest ever.
