Saturday, January 2, 2021 - 4:18 pm MASSENA -- A Massena Police Department sergeant has been promoted to lieutenant. The village board voted on Tuesday, Dec. 15 to promote Sgt. Cody Wilson to lieutenant. Chief Jason Olson had previously said the position is a "working lieutenant," meaning Wilson will conduct investigations along with other duties that come with the position.
