And because of the budget crunch that many states are seeing we are seeing the pipeline get cut. a couple reports out even over the weekend of eliminating pre-k programs because some of these states have no money. arizona for example wants to eliminate 5,500 child programs entirely. illinois was forced to cut $32 million from their fiscal pre-k budget and have plans to slash $50 million more. we're seeing this repeated in many states across the country. what do we do about the fact that when money dries up pre-k and some of these vital programs for young, young kids get cut? >> all of that is ...
