Were about a block away from the bay and the streets and walks are underwater. Throughout the morning we saw the water come over the banks and affect drivers trying to get to work and kids trying to get to school. Many taking the risk as the area saw another high tied around sunrise. Winds kicked up as well, as residents discovered their homes surrounded by water.
