Staff Report The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a winter weather advisory as a mix of precipitation could make for some slick roads in and around the Springfield area Monday morning. Snow could mix with freezing rain and sleet in the pre-dawn hours, according to NWS meteorologist Chuck Schaffer, with about one-tenth of an inch of ice accumulating along with about an inch of snow.
