Cops seize P128-K 'shabu' in Dagupan City
DAGUPAN CITY - The Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit and the Dagupan City Police seized from a high-value target (HVT) suspected shabu with an estimated street value of PHP128,000 during a buy-bust operation here Friday.
